what is funny?
LIFE.

i always encounter all this funny situations.
not only funny but embarrassing as well.
Embarrassment follows me everywhere.
Its like embarrass is my middle name.
Safiah Embarrassed.


well it all started a few days ago.
while i was walking to school.
i was busy talking to myself.

oops.
i mean THINKING to MYSELF
when i just didnt realise this drain i was directly walking into!

and you guessed it!
i fell right into it.

and to make thing worst.
the drain is FLOODED!

and my shoes was wet & soaked!

that wasnt the worst of it.
people behind me was LAUGHING at me.
thy didnt even give me a helping hand.
how UNSYMPATHETIC they are.


here's ANOTHER ONE.
i was walking to th bus stop.
and i see a few workers cutting down trees.
HOW DARE THEY CUT DOWN TREES!
TRESS ARE MY FRIENDS!

anyway,

little did i realise the pathway was infested with really HUGE BIG RED ANTS!
it was SUPER DUPER HUGE RED ANTS!

i mean REALLY HUGE!

and me, SAFIAH!
i did the most embarrassing thing.
i was so FREAKED OUT!
i ran around SCREAMING!

it was H-I-L-A-R-I-O-U-S!

me, brushing off the HUGE RED ANTS on me while SCREAMING on TOP PF MY LUNGS!

DAMN!

its not the WORST of it.
when i got home.
i saw my shoes FILLED with REALLY DAMN H-U-G-E RED ANTS!
YUCKS!

ANTS!
HUGE RED ANTS!


another EMBARRASSING moment.

i was actually in modern dance.
sitting around with the others.
we had this really SERIOUS lecture by ms zu.
Talking about some performances and competition we will participating in.

Suddenly, i felt uneasy.
Feel like gas.

And guess what happened?!

it as more to the DISGUSTING rather than embarassing.

i let out gas.
A really LOUD & STINKY & DISGUSTING BURP!

i think more or less it goes like this.

Ms Zu was soo LOOKING at me!
and i was directly in front of her some more.
Thats just Great huh?!

call me embrassed?!

YES I DEFINITELY AM!

Life's just a full of surprises.

i would like to CONGRATS SINGAPORE!
For clinching the silver medal award in Olympics Women Table tennis team event.
Its been 48 years since we won a medal.
Previous medal was from a weight-lifter who won silver.
The One & Only medal.
Now, we could add in our PATHETICALLY collections of medals.

Congrats to Li Jia Wei, Wang Yuegu and Feng Tianwei
They had a thrilling finals but however, they still lost 0-3 in the end.

you should have seen MAN!

they were going LEFT. RIGHT. LEFT. RIGHT.
i was also like shouting!screaming!yelling!

THATS IT!
I WANT MORE GOALS!

GOAL!!

it was just nerve-wrecking to see the action in table tennis.
GOSH!

i came a conclusion that i rather watch a table tennis game rather than a soccer game.
you want to know why?
whats fun in watching i-dont-know how many guys chasing after a ball.
if only they were chasing after me.

oh ya!
another congrats goes to Michael Phelps!

For wining AMAZINGLY BREAKING THE RECORD, 8 MEDALS!
and they say China will conquer this year's games.
THERE YOU GO CHINA!

CAN YOU BEAT THAT!
history will be MADE!
not because of China but for USA!
China have the most number of athletes joining in the games but none of them would break the world record.

gladly to admit : had a OOBER-RICFIC TIME this week.

when i say OOBER i mean EXTREMELY FUN!
a new BREED of FUN!
its just indescribable.


form monday all the way to friday.

OOBER here and OOBER there.


lets just cut to the chase and start with monday.

had an amazing time PERFORMING for the lower secs.
although PA system screwed up.
Expected.
i had my mind and soul over it.

so what if there is a few mistakes here and there.
i think we did FANTASTIC!
a ROUND of applause for us!

i had another performance the next day.
HOWEVER.
our luck(maybe)
a few pathetic people,(mainly from sec Threes came)
i was kind of disappointed at the CROWD!
i expected more to come.

oh WELL!
thats just me DREAMING.

on the whole, after laughing back at my Japanese act.
i think our performances was GREAT!
Even Mr Yong agreed with me.

oh come on Cheer people!
we did GREAT!

Lets just kip Wdneday.
Ever heard of Wednesday blues.
Yeah!
that why there's no action on Wednesday.
so i can be like Christopher Boone.
I wont speak to anyone or engage my self in any school activities.
I will just sit at the corner there.
Thats what i did!


Thursday flew by just like that.
Singapore Flyer -30mins flew even faster.
You guessed it.
I had a free ticket to Singapore Flyer!
Well, it was from the school.
So..
i get to skip class.
Again!


Poor people under going toturement in Ms Lee Geography lesson while i get enjoy Flying on that Spinning Ball.

Friday went too fast.
just too fast.
like lightning.
*thunder*thunder*
Like. Wind. A wind. A wind.
The Eve of National Day.

and wouldn't be National Day without a celebration in school.
and this year's National Day celebration was a BANG!
it was OOBER-RIFIC!
after much disappointment by the choir singing only 2 pathetic songs.
Out came the FIREWORKS!
NO not the real FIREWORKS.
i mean Samantha trotting along with her stick doing tricks in the air.

iT WAS BREATH-TAKING & WONDERFUL!
OOBER-RIFIC!



and not long out came T.H.E.M
the SKATERS.

they gave the parade OOMMPH.
and a WOW here and a OOH there.
the CROWD was in EUPHORIA.
Filled with excitement.


Can you imagine this SPECTACULAR FEAT?
A skater jumping OVER more than 5 adult-sized human being.
it seems impossible but.

to them.

NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!
