oh man!
ROAD RUN!?
not again.
so.
we have our yearly roan run today.
and surprisingly it was located for the first time in seng kang park.
and behind that is that i have to take the lrt from seng kang to got to farmway.

okay.
let me briefly tell you where farmway is.

the red box show you the two routes to farmway.

and apparently.
you are supposed to take the west link and not the east link.
and guess who took the east link.

yours truly.

i took 3 wrong trains before i reach to farmway.

you may be asking why dont i just follow other vistarians going to farmway.
well.
i did!
and how unlucky am i?

amira was also LOST
like me.

i least expect that i will get lost in seng kang!
its such an embarrassment.

anyway.
so we finally got on the right train to farmway.
but the embarrassment doesnt end there.

as we alighted the train.
we have to climb down the stairs.
and as of all you know.
there is this pole at the bottom of the stairs.

and you know what?

yup!

i got smacked by it
it happened very quickly.
almost too quickly.

so i was walking down very quickly.
of course.
since we were like half and hour late.

when reached the bottom of the stairs,
i turned behind to see amira sill lagging behind.

i was of course still walking very fast.
and right there!

i hit the pole and i got smack right on my nose.

it was embarrassing!
but even more painful.

it was a good thing i didnt break my pretty nose.

enough about that.

so i reached the meeting place at 8.10 am.
40 mins late.

it was a good thing they didnt punish us for being late.
so i of course escaped from being late!

lucky me!


This year's road run was very fast.
and it was surprisingly fun.

i really had alot of fun with the NZ people coming to our road run
seeing them run barefooted!
was incredible to me!

oh ya!
i even got a medal!

for being top 20!
